Cancellation and Changes
Registration fees are refundable less a $75 administrative charge if notification of cancellation is prior to meeting start date. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after the meeting has begun. The meeting may be changed or canceled at the sponsor's option or as circumstances require. Only paid registrants will be admitted. NLHA DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

Membership Application
If your organization is not currently a member of NLHA, you may register by sending along your first year's dues with this registration form. Check the appropriate box:

PRIVATE MEMBER
Any firm, or individual directly involved in, or providing professional services related to, the production, management, ownership or financing of rental housing. This category includes any builder, developer, financier, lawyer, manager, architect or accountant.

Dues:
$650 per year for organizations w/operating budgets of less than $2 million annually
$1000 per year for large organization w/operating budgets of more than $2 million annually
$2500 per year or sustaining members, includes tuition for meetings and other benefits


PUBLIC MEMBER
PHA or other non profit entity concerned with any phase of a rental housing program. Join now and receive a 25 percent discount on 2004 calendar year dues.

Dues:
$500 per calendar year for PHAs/nonprofits with less than 800 vouchers
$1000 per calendar year for PHAs/nonprofits with more than 800 vouchers
$2500 per calendar year for sustaining members, includes tuition for meetings and other benefits


Hotel Information
If you wish to stay at the meeting hotel, please make your reservations directly with the hotel. Be sure to mention that you are attending the NLHA meeting in order to receive the special rate. Remember reservations should be made at least three weeks in advance to guarantee the group rate.
