Cancellation and Changes: Registration fees are fully refundable if notification is received prior to January 14, 2012. A $75 administrative charge will be deducted if notification of cancellation is received after January 14. NO refunds are given for cancellations received after January 21, 2012. The meeting may be changed or canceled at the sponsor's option or as circumstances require. Only paid registrants will be admitted. NLHA DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. Meeting Logistics: The Renaissance Esmeralda Resort is offering a special rate of $235 per night (single/double) plus taxes to NLHA meeting attendees. To make a reservation at the hotel, call 760-773-4444 and be sure to mention that you are an NLHA meeting attendee. Check the appropriate box: Organizations that join NLHA in conjunction with this seminar may deduct 20 percent from the annual dues amount in addition to taking advantage of the NLHA member tuition rate. PRIVATE MEMBER Any firm, or individual directly involved in, or providing professional services related to, the production, management, ownership or financing of rental housing. This category includes any builder, developer, financier, lawyer, manager, architect or accountant. Dues: $650 per year for organizations w/operating budgets of less than $2 million annually $1,000 per year for large organization w/operating budgets of more than $2 million annually $2,500 per year for sustaining members, includes tuition for meetings and other benefits PUBLIC MEMBER PHA or other non-profit entity concerned with any phase of a rental housing program.
